INTRODUCTION
These educational Mini Modules will explain the epidemiologic trends as well as the health and economic burden of SIHD in women. In addition, discussion will include gender-specific pathophysiologic factors in SIHD, diagnostic approaches, risk stratification, and management approaches in women with stable ischemic heart disease.
